2. Menu and meal serving times

2.1. The Sunday Village restaurant in Shatra offers a full range of food and beverages according to the current menu.

2.2. Breakfast is available daily from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM. The breakfast menu includes: appetizers and desserts. After 12:00, breakfast is not served until the following morning.

2.3. After 12:00 and until the kitchen closes (20:30), the following are served: appetizers, appetizers, hot dishes, main courses, salads, and desserts.

2.4. Dishes from the “Hosperi Menu” category are available for ordering until 8:00 PM. Orders for grilled dishes are not accepted after 8:00 PM.

2.5. Kitchen orders are accepted until 8:30 PM. After 8:30 PM, the restaurant continues to serve guests, but no new food orders are accepted.

2.6. The restaurant reserves the right to make changes to the menu depending on the season and availability of ingredients. The current menu with prices is provided by the server or placed on the table.

3. Rules of conduct for visitors

3.1. Visitors are required to comply with the standards of conduct established by the current legislation of Ukraine and these Rules.

3.2. Dress code: It is prohibited to be on the premises without outerwear (tank tops, T-shirts, and undershirts are not considered outerwear) or in swimwear. Neat, everyday clothing is permitted. On the open-air summer terrace, visitors may wear swimwear with a cover-up or sarong.

3.3. Pets: Pets are not allowed inside the premises. Visitors with pets may sit on the open-air summer terrace near the tent.

3.4. Outside Food and Beverages: Bringing and consuming outside food and beverages on the premises is PROHIBITED in accordance with the Rules for the Operation of Restaurant Establishments. Exception: personal alcohol during a banquet under the conditions of Section 3.5 of these Rules.

3.5. Personal Alcohol: Consumption of personal alcoholic beverages is permitted exclusively during banquet events, subject to prior approval by the administrator and payment of a corkage fee in accordance with the establishment’s rates.

3.6. Alcohol for Minors: The sale and serving of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 18 (eighteen) is PROHIBITED in accordance with Article 153 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses and the Law “On State Regulation of the Production and Circulation of Alcohol.” Staff have the right to request a document verifying the visitor’s age.

3.7. Smoking: Smoking (cigarettes, hookahs, e-cigarettes, etc.) inside the establishment is PROHIBITED in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Measures to Prevent and Reduce the Use of Tobacco Products and Their Harmful Effects on Public Health.” Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.

3.8. Condition of the visitor: the administration has the right to refuse service to persons who are under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or toxic substances, as well as to persons whose behavior threatens the safety or comfort of other visitors.

3.9. Conduct: The following are prohibited on the premises: profanity and offensive language; aggressive behavior that threatens the safety of staff or visitors; intentional damage to the establishment’s property; and making excessive noise that disturbs other visitors.

3.10. Children: Parents or guardians are responsible for the behavior and safety of children on the premises. Children must not be left unattended by adults.

3.11. Car Charging: Charging vehicles from the facility’s electrical outlets is prohibited. To charge your car, please use the dedicated charging station in the parking lot near the Administration building.

4. Payment and receipts

4.1. Payment for orders is accepted in cash or by card (Visa, Mastercard). Payment is made upon receipt of the bill.

4.2. In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Use of Cash Registers,” each order is accompanied by a fiscal receipt. Visitors have the right to request a receipt from the staff.

4.3. If an error is found on the bill, the guest has the right to ask a server or the manager to verify and correct it.

5. Guest rights

5.1. In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Consumer Rights,” every guest has the right to:

– receive complete and accurate information about food and beverages (ingredients, allergens, preparation method);

– review the menu and prices before placing an order;

– receive quality service without discrimination on any grounds;

– leave a complaint or feedback in the guestbook (located with the manager);

– contact the manager if dissatisfied with the quality of the food or service.

5.2. Allergens: Visitors with food allergies or intolerances to certain foods must inform the staff of this when placing an order. The staff will provide information about the ingredients in the dishes.

5.3. Sunday Village is not liable for any harm to health resulting from a visitor’s intentional concealment of information regarding their food allergies or intolerances.

6.1. Sunday Village Restaurant in Shatra offers catering services for banquets, corporate events, birthday parties, anniversaries, and other special occasions.

6.2. To book a banquet, please contact the restaurant manager:

– Hours for accepting requests: 9:30 AM – 8:00 PM daily

– Reservations are recommended to be made at least 10–15 days prior to the event date.

6.3. When arranging a banquet, the following details are agreed upon:

– the date, start time, and estimated end time of the event;

– number of guests;

– desired format (buffet, seated banquet, barbecue, etc.);

– preliminary menu (taking into account special requests and allergies);

– need for additional equipment or decor.

6.4. Booking terms:

– A deposit in the amount agreed upon with the administrator is required to confirm the booking;

– The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the event;

– Cancellation terms are discussed individually at the time of booking.

6.5. Bringing your own alcohol to the banquet: Bringing your own alcoholic beverages to the banquet is permitted provided that:

– prior approval is obtained from the restaurant manager at the time of booking;

– a corkage fee is paid in accordance with the restaurant’s rates;

– the brought-in alcohol is opened and served exclusively by the restaurant’s waitstaff;

– the restaurant is not responsible for the quality of the brought-in alcohol.

6.6. In accordance with current Ukrainian law, the establishment is prohibited from selling or serving alcoholic beverages to minors, regardless of the type of event.

7. Actions to take when an air raid alarm is sound

7.1. When an air raid alarm is sounded, all guests and staff are required to immediately leave the establishment and proceed to the nearest shelter—the civil defense facility on the first floor of the Sunday Apart Hotel building.

7.2. The establishment temporarily suspends operations for the duration of the alert and for 30 minutes after the all-clear is announced.

7.3. A map showing the locations of shelters is posted on information boards throughout Sunday Village.

8. Regulatory framework

The restaurant’s operations and rules for patrons are governed by the following regulations:

– Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” No. 1023-XII — patrons’ rights, quality of services;

– Rules for the Operation of Restaurant Establishments (Order of the Ministry of Economy No. 219 dated July 24, 2002) — general operating rules;

– Law of Ukraine “On State Regulation of the Production and Circulation of Alcohol” — restrictions on the sale of alcohol;
