Sunday Village features a large water park area: an adult pool, a children’s pool, a hot tub, a food court, and an interactive play area for children with slides and attractions. All pools are heated! Around the pools, there are covered and sun-drenched lounge chairs available for all Sunday Village guests to use freely. Please note that only gray beach towels may be taken onto the lounge chairs.
Access to the pools is included in the cost of booking a cottage or room. Entry to the pool area is granted via your access bracelet.
At the Sunday Village location, the Southern Bug River flows wide and offers a truly stunning view. So we’ve set up a riverside area where you can also relax freely. The shoreline has been cleared of vegetation, and the riverbed has been cleared of silt and rocks.
The riverside area features lounge chairs and sun umbrellas, and the grassy areas offer natural shade from the trees.

Rules of conduct for the pools, hot tubs, children’s water play area, and riverbank area

1. General provisions
1.1. These Rules set forth the basic requirements and procedures for using the children’s and adult pools, hydro-massage tubs (jacuzzis), the children’s water zone, and the Kneipp bath (hereinafter referred to as the “water zone”), as well as conduct near the river (hereinafter referred to as the “riverbank area”); they establish the rights, obligations, and prohibitions that must be observed by all persons on the premises of Sunday Village.
1.2. Use of the water zone services implies acceptance of these rules in their entirety without exception. Before using the water zone, the visitor is required to carefully review these rules. The User’s acceptance of the Agreement (public offer) in accordance with Sections 3.2 and 3.4 of the Public Offer is deemed confirmation that the User has read these Rules, fully agrees with them, and undertakes to comply with them, assuming the risks of consequences in the event of non-compliance.
1.3. These Rules are posted on the official Sunday Village website and on information boards in the water zone and the beach’s shore area. The current version is available at sunday-village.com.ua.
1.4. The administration reserves the right, at its sole discretion:
1.4.1. To close the water park or parts thereof for repair and/or maintenance work;
1.4.2. To change the operating hours of the water park or parts thereof.
1.5. At the first sign of illness or injury, the User must immediately contact Sunday Village staff and/or call emergency services. Emergency numbers: 101 — Fire Department, 102 — Police, 103 — Ambulance, 112 — Single Emergency Number.
1.5.1. Do not leave the injured person unattended until medical personnel arrive. Rescue equipment (life rings, life jackets, rescue rope) is located near the pontoon.
1.6. It is PROHIBITED to bring or use glassware or glass items of any kind throughout the entire water park area and on the shore. Exception: baby food in glass containers is permitted only when parents are directly feeding the child and must not be left unattended. All beverages must be transferred to plastic or metal containers.
1.7. For the safety of Users, video surveillance is in operation throughout the water park area (with the exception of restrooms, changing rooms, and showers).
1.8. During the water park’s operating hours (9:30 AM–8:00 PM), a designated Sunday Village staff member is on duty on the premises.
2. Rules for using the pool / hot tubs (Jacuzzis)
2.1. Access to the pools and hot tubs is granted only to guests who have signed a temporary accommodation agreement at Sunday Village.
2.2. Pool/hot tub hours: 9:30 AM to 8:00 PM. The pool/hot tub area is not staffed during other hours. The Sunday Village administration is not liable for any dangerous situations that may arise outside of operating hours.
2.3. The maximum depth of the pool is 1.45 m.
2.4. The pool may only be used while wearing appropriate swimwear. Children must dress in accordance with Section 3.6 of these Rules.
2.5. Before using the pool or hot tub, you must take a shower and remove all jewelry.
2.6. The following are PROHIBITED in the pool/hydromassage tub area:
2.6.1. Persons under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. Management reserves the right to bar such persons from the facility and escort them out of the aquatic area.
2.6.2. Swimming while under the influence of medications that impair reaction time.
2.6.3. Giving false distress signals. Genuine distress signals—the words “HELP!”, “I’M DROWNING!”, “ASSISTANCE!”—are legitimate and require a mandatory response from staff.
2.6.4. Entering areas designated for staff use.
2.6.5. Jumping or diving into the water from the pool edges, holding each other underwater, or performing acrobatic jumps.
2.6.6. Persons with open wounds, infectious, skin, or other types of diseases, as well as those wearing medical bandages (casts, splints) or adhesive bandages, are prohibited from entering the aquatic area. Management reserves the right to remove visitors who violate this rule from the premises.
2.6.7. Bringing any glass items into the aquatic area, as well as soap, shampoos, lotions, and other cosmetics. Exception regarding glass: baby food in accordance with section 1.6.
2.6.8. Washing in the aquatic area using hygiene products.
2.6.9. Children under the age of 10 visiting the pools/hydromassage tubs without adult supervision.
2.6.10. Dispose of trash outside designated areas, intentionally contaminate the water in the pool and/or hot tub, or damage property and landscaping.
2.6.11. Bring animals into the water park area.
2.6.12. Create confrontational situations, use profanity, make offensive remarks, or engage in disruptive behavior.
2.7. Sunday Village undertakes to: maintain the water quality in the pool in accordance with health and safety standards; conduct regular disinfection and laboratory testing of the water; and inform visitors of any suspension of pool operations in the event that deviations in water quality are detected.
3. Information for parents
Parents are responsible for the safety and behavior of their children!
3.1. Please ensure your child’s activities are organized in such a way that they do not get injured or disturb other guests.
3.2. Children must be under constant adult supervision. Do not allow children to swim alone without supervision.
3.3. It is safest for a child to remain within arm’s reach of an adult. Remember: a child can drown without making a sound!
3.4. Parents (legal guardians) accompanying minors are responsible for their health and safety and must independently assess the level of risk and possible consequences.
3.5. Children under 10 years of age are admitted to the water park area only when accompanied by their parents (legal guardians) and must remain under their constant supervision, including in the changing rooms.
3.6. Children of any age are prohibited from entering the water park area without swimwear. Children under 2 years of age are permitted in the pool area only if wearing special swim diapers.
3.7. If it is determined that children under 10 years of age are in the water park area without being accompanied by their parents (legal guardians), the Sunday Village administration reserves the right to deny the child access to the water park.
4. Rules for using the beach shore area
4.1. All Sunday Village guests are entitled to relax in the shore area near the river and use all facilities (restrooms, lounge chairs, canopies, and the pontoon) at no additional charge.
4.2. Parents are responsible for the safety and behavior of their children. Please ensure your child’s activities are organized in a way that prevents injury and does not disturb other guests.
4.3. It is safer to enjoy water activities during daylight hours, swimming in calm, windless weather when the water temperature is at least +17 °C and the air temperature is at least +20 °C.
4.3.1. It is STRICTLY PROHIBITED to be in the water or in the shoreline area during a thunderstorm or when a thunderstorm front is approaching; when visibility is less than 500 m (fog); when wind speeds exceed 10 m/s; or after dark (between 8:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.).
4.4. It is recommended to stay in the water for no more than 10–15 minutes at a time.
4.5. You should wait at least 1.5–2 hours after eating before swimming.
4.6. If you’ve come to the river with a pet, ensure its comfort and safety: bring drinking water, and don’t let it run around uncontrolled among other visitors.
4.7. Clean up after your pets. Medium and large dog breeds must be on a leash and wear a muzzle.
4.8. If you have a problem or question, please contact the Sunday Village staff. Our employees will be happy to assist you.
4.9. The following are PROHIBITED in the area near the river:
4.9.1. Lighting fires, cooking food, or holding loud parties involving the consumption of alcohol.
4.9.2. Creating confrontational situations, using profanity, making offensive remarks, or engaging in disruptive behavior toward others.
4.9.3. Playing loud music through speakers and/or a phone.
4.9.4. Littering, discarding cigarette butts and food scraps outside of trash bins. Bringing and breaking glassware is dangerous for you and other guests.
4.9.5. Damaging furniture and equipment.
4.10. The following is PROHIBITED in the water:
4.10.1. Swimming beyond the designated swimming area marked by buoys.
4.10.2. Approaching motorboats, sailboats, rowboats, and other watercraft.
4.10.3. Climb onto technical structures, warning signs, and buoys.
4.10.4. Enter the water while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.
4.10.5. Give false (deceptive) distress signals. Genuine distress signals—the words “SAVE ME!”, “I’M DROWNING!”, “HELP!”—are legitimate and require a mandatory response from staff.
4.10.6. Using items not intended for swimming: car tires, rafts, lounge chairs, boards.
4.10.7. Use river water to wash fruits, vegetables, and berries.
4.10.8. Swim on SUP boards, kayaks, or boats without life jackets.
5. Liability for violations of the rules
5.1. In the event of loss or damage to the property of the Sunday Village Aqua Zone caused by the visitor, the visitor is obligated to compensate for the damage caused and is also liable for any other violations committed by them in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
5.2. If, due to the fault of a visitor or their minor children, the administration is forced to partially or completely change the water in the pools or whirlpools, the visitor is obligated to pay for the cost of this work.
5.3. For unauthorized access to the pools/hydromassage tubs, the person is required to pay a fine of 2,500 UAH (two thousand five hundred hryvnias).
5.4. The administration is not responsible for the safekeeping of personal belongings and jewelry left unattended.
5.5. Failure to comply with the rules for visiting the water park or causing disturbance or disruption to other guests is grounds for removing such a visitor from the water park.
5.6. The Sunday Village administration is not liable for injuries, damage, or losses sustained by visitors solely as a result of their own actions that violate these Rules, or the actions of third parties. The administration is liable for damage caused by the improper technical condition of the water park’s facilities or the absence of necessary warnings, in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
5.7. In the event of an accident (drowning, loss of consciousness), Sunday Village staff are required to: 1) immediately remove the victim from the water if possible; 2) call an ambulance (103 or 112); 3) provide first aid to the best of their ability until medical personnel arrive; 4) not leave the victim unattended; 5) prepare an accident report.
5.8. Sunday Village undertakes to maintain the water park and the shore area in a safe and sanitary condition, and to promptly eliminate malfunctions and hazardous conditions.
5.9. Sunday Village is liable for any harm caused to visitors as a result of: the poor technical condition of the water park equipment; failure to comply with sanitary standards; or the absence or poor condition of lifesaving equipment.
6. Actions to take when an air raid alarm is sound
6.1. When an air raid alarm is sounded, all visitors to the water park and the beach area MUST immediately leave the water and proceed to the nearest shelter (civil defense structure) on the Sunday Village premises in accordance with the evacuation plan. The nearest shelter is located on the first floor of the Sunday Apart Hotel.
6.2. Remaining in the water (pool, river, jacuzzi) during an air raid alert is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
6.3. The administration reserves the right to suspend operations in the water area and on the beach for the duration of the alert, as well as for 30 minutes after the all-clear is announced, to assess safety conditions.
6.4. A map showing the locations of shelters is posted on information boards throughout Sunday Village.

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own water sports equipment. However, please review the rules and consult with the administration beforehand. For example, you may use an inflatable air mattress on the beach, but jet skis are permitted only in the designated area within the blue zone.

The pool area is closed at night, and swimming is not permitted. The lounge chairs are also removed. You are welcome to come to the beach at night, but please note that you are solely responsible for your own safety.

No, use of the pools is reserved exclusively for guests staying at the Sunday Village resort.

No, pets are not allowed in the pool area. Dogs are welcome on the beach, but if you want to spend time by the pool, you can leave your pet in the cottage. Just make sure it doesn’t damage anything and has access to water.
