SUNDAY VILLAGE

This document has been developed to prevent misunderstandings during the temporary stay of all Users and their guests. It applies exclusively within the territory of Sunday Village and is intended to ensure the highest level of comfort and safety.

Information about the amenities of the rooms at Sunday Apart Hotel and the hotel management is available in the booking system on the website and at the front desk.
1. Reservations and cancellations
1.1. Reservations for cottages, rooms at Sunday Apart Hotel, and rooms at the Sunday Village Administration can be made on the website by filling out the reservation form, by phone, or via email, as listed on the Contact Us page.
1.2. A reservation request made by phone or email must include the following information:
– the User’s first and last name;
– the check-in and check-out dates and times for the User and their guests;
– the desired type and location of accommodation (cottage / Sunday Apart Hotel room / Administration room);
– the number of cottages or rooms the User wishes to book;
– the number of adults, the number of children, and their ages;
– an email address and phone number for contacting the User.
1.3. Accommodation Capacity:
– Cottage: maximum 6 (six) people. Children under 5 years of age stay free of charge, provided they do not occupy a separate bed or receive bedding. Children over 5 years of age are accommodated on the same terms as adults.
– Sunday Apart Hotel Rooms and Administration Rooms: the number of guests is determined according to the specifications of each specific room. Exceeding the established room capacity is grounds for refusal of accommodation.
1.4. The Sunday Village Administration will confirm or decline the reservation within 24 hours of receiving the request.
1.5. In the event of confirmation or decline, the Administration will send the User a notification via email or SMS.
1.6. The administration will confirm a reservation request only if cottages or rooms are available.
1.7. Once the request is confirmed, the cottage or room is considered provisionally reserved.
1.8. A reservation is considered guaranteed after a prepayment is made in the amount of at least one night’s stay for each reserved unit or for a longer period.
1.9. A guaranteed reservation is held for the User until 12:00 PM on the day following the check-in date.
1.10. All other types of reservations are considered non-guaranteed.
1.11. Cancellation of a guaranteed reservation, reduction in the number of guests, or full or partial refusal of services is accepted exclusively in writing—via email or SMS to the contact information listed on the Sunday Village website.
1.12. The User has the right to cancel their reservation. If the reservation is canceled no later than 10 days before the check-in date, the User will receive a 100% refund of the deposit. In the event of cancellation later than 10 days prior to the check-in date or in the event of a no-show on the date specified in the reservation, the Sunday Village Administration will charge a penalty equal to the cost of 1 (one) night’s accommodation for each reserved cottage or room.
2. Check-in and Check-out
2.1. Sunday Village is open 24/7. The Administration is open from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
– Check-in time: from 3:00 PM Kyiv time.
– Check-out time: by 12:00 PM Kyiv time.
2.2. Late check-out (between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM) or early check-in (before 3:00 PM) is permitted only with the Administration’s approval, subject to room availability, and is subject to an additional charge in accordance with the rates posted at the front desk.
2.3. For check-outs after 6:00 PM, the full cost of one night’s stay must be paid.
2.4. When checking in, the User is required to provide a valid identification document (Ukrainian passport, ID card, driver’s license, international passport, etc.—with the option to make a copy), complete a registration form, and pay the full cost of the stay. The Administration reserves the right to request that the User’s guests present their documents to verify the completion of the registration card.
2.5. Upon check-in, the User is provided with an electronic access control bracelet for the cottage or room.
2.6. Upon check-in, the User acknowledges that in the event of damage, misuse, or destruction of any Sunday Village property, the User is obligated to compensate for the resulting losses. The value of the property is listed in the brochure located in the cottage/room and at the Sunday Village Administration Office.
2.7. Upon check-out, the User is obligated to return the electronic access control bracelet to the front desk. In the event of loss or damage to the bracelet, the User shall compensate for its cost no later than the date of departure.
2.8. If it is necessary to extend the term of temporary accommodation, the User may contact the Administration no later than 24 hours before the end of the paid period and pay for the extension in accordance with the current price list. An extension is possible only if there are vacancies.
2.9. For your safety, video surveillance is in operation on the premises of Sunday Village (with the exception of the interior of cottages and rooms).
3. Refusal of accommodation or termination of temporary stay
3.1. If the User and/or their guests repeatedly violate the Public Offer or the Rules of Stay, fail to comply with or ignore the Administration’s instructions, and their behavior causes or may cause damage and/or creates inconvenience for other guests—the Sunday Village Administration has the right to refuse temporary accommodation and evict them without refunding any paid funds in accordance with Section 10.3 of the Agreement.
3.2. The resort refuses accommodation to Users and/or their guests who are in a state of severe alcohol intoxication and/or show signs of drug or toxic intoxication or are under the influence of psychotropic substances.
3.3. The Sunday Village administration also reserves the right to refuse accommodation or terminate the provision of services in the following cases:
– failure to present documents verifying the identity of the User and/or their guests;
– an intention to occupy or actual occupation of a cottage/room by a larger number of people than permitted or paid for;
– the storage or bringing of weapons, explosives, flammable, corrosive, poisonous, or narcotic substances, pyrotechnics, and other dangerous items without the appropriate permits.
4. The following are prohibited on the premises of Sunday Village
General prohibitions applicable to cottages, rooms, and the entire Sunday Village premises:
4.1. Smoking: (cigarettes, electronic smoking devices, hookahs, pipes, etc.) inside cottages and rooms, as well as throughout the entire Sunday Village premises, except in areas specifically designated for this purpose.
4.2. Pets without prior approval: keeping pets in a cottage or room without prior approval from the Administration and without paying for their accommodation in accordance with the current price list. Accommodation with pets is permitted exclusively in cottages (Section 6).
4.3. Unauthorized Persons: Allowing unauthorized persons to stay in a cottage or room, inviting and accommodating more people in a cottage than the number of paid-for beds, transferring the electronic access control bracelet to unauthorized persons, as well as making duplicates of it or copying the code.
4.4. Hazardous items: It is prohibited to bring or store explosives, flammable substances, corrosive substances, poisonous substances, narcotics, fireworks, or weapons without the appropriate permit. Guests who are authorized to carry and store weapons must notify the Administration on the day of arrival and present the relevant permits.
4.5. Aggression: to display aggression or engage in actions that threaten the safety, health, or property of others.
4.6. Furniture: to rearrange or remove furniture, or move interior items without the consent of the Sunday Village Administration.
4.7. Damage to property: causing damage to Sunday Village property, including damaging the finishes of cottages and rooms, furniture, appliances, equipment, and plumbing fixtures.
4.8. Supervision: leaving minors and pets unattended.
4.9. DIY Repairs: Attempting to repair electrical circuits, electrical equipment, plumbing, sewage systems, fixtures, or other cottage or room amenities on your own.
4.10. Trash: Disposing of trash, cigarette butts, or food scraps in areas not designated for this purpose, as well as intentionally littering the Sunday Village grounds.
4.11. Fireworks and candles: using fireworks, sparklers, and candles in cottages, rooms, and throughout the entire Sunday Village property.
4.12. Quiet Hours: Disturbing the peace of other guests between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM—loud music, loud singing, noise, loud conversations outside the cottage or room, operating vehicles at high RPMs (loud engine noise), and other sources of noise are prohibited.
4.13. Nudity: Being naked on the premises of Sunday Village.
4.14. Bicycles, scooters, boats: Bringing bicycles, scooters, mopeds, boats, or any items that may cause soiling into the cottage or room.
4.15. Oversized items: storing items and objects larger than 100 cm on any one side in a cottage or room (except for suitcases, baby strollers, wheelchairs, and fishing equipment).
4.16. Throwing objects: throwing any objects or items from balconies, terraces, or windows.
4.17. Personal electrical appliances: using personal irons, electric heaters, kettles, teapots, and other appliances not included in the cottage or room amenities, as well as appliances with damaged insulation, homemade devices, or devices not compatible with 220 V.
4.18. Solar power plant: Climb over the fence of the solar power plant or distribution equipment (transformer), or damage solar panels and equipment.
4.19. Charging a vehicle: charging a vehicle (car) from the cottage’s electrical network. For violating this prohibition, the User is required to pay a fine equal to the cost of one night’s stay for each such violation, no later than the date of departure. A specially equipped charging station is available in the parking lot near the Administration building for charging vehicles.
4.20. Tableware and towels outside the cottage: removing tableware, cutlery, and other Sunday Village property outside the cottage or dining facility; using white towels from the cottage near the pool, on the beach, or outside the cottage. There are specially designated gray towels for the pool.
4.21. Dining establishment: Do not bring your own food into the dining establishment without the server’s permission.
5. Responsibilities of the user and their guests
Users and their guests are required to:
– respect the rights and freedoms of other guests and Sunday Village staff;
– adhere to moral and ethical standards, and refrain from using profanity in Sunday Village’s public areas outside of their cottage or room;
– treat Sunday Village’s property, infrastructure, and amenities with care;
– refrain from damaging the property of Sunday Village, guests, or third parties;
– comply with fire safety regulations and use Sunday Village’s electrical appliances and equipment in a responsible (economical) manner;
– reimburse Sunday Village for the cost of lost or damaged property (towels, bedding, dishes, furniture, household appliances, etc.) on the day the violation is discovered, but no later than the check-out date. The cost of the property is listed in the booklet in the cottage/room and at the Administration;
– comply with the provisions of the Agreement on the Provision of Temporary Accommodation Services and these Rules of Stay;
– observe quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM (Section 4, Clause 4.12).
6. Accommodation for children
6.1. Accommodation for children under 5 (five) years of age is free of charge, provided that no separate bed or bedding is provided.
6.2. The rate for children over 5 years of age (at the time of check-in) is the same as the rate for an adult.
6.3. Parents or persons accompanying children bear sole and personal responsibility for the behavior and safety of children throughout the entire territory of Sunday Village—anywhere, at any time, including while in the water with or without the use of swimming aids.
7. Staying with pets
Staying with pets is permitted EXCLUSIVELY in Sunday Village cottages. Pets are NOT ALLOWED in Sunday Apart Hotel rooms or in the Administration offices.
7.1. Pets (dogs, cats, etc.) are permitted on the Sunday Village premises exclusively in the cottages. The Administration reserves the right to determine whether a specific pet may be accommodated in a cottage and on the Sunday Village premises.
7.2. There is an additional fee for accommodating a pet: 500.00 UAH (five hundred hryvnias) as a one-time fee upon check-in and 100.00 UAH for each subsequent day of stay for one pet.
7.3. Upon check-in, a User intending to stay with a pet must notify the Administration, review the Public Offer and these Rules, strictly comply with them, and bear full financial and legal responsibility for the pet.
7.4. Users and/or their guests who arrive at Sunday Village with pets must present the Administration with a veterinary health certificate bearing proof of vaccination.
7.5. Medium and large dogs may be walked throughout the entire Sunday Village property only if they are wearing a muzzle and on a leash.
7.6. Walking pets on the lawns is strictly prohibited. Owners are required to immediately clean up after their pets throughout the entire Sunday Village property. Excrement must be collected in a special bag (either your own or one purchased at the front desk) and disposed of in a trash bin.
7.7. The pet owner agrees to prevent the pet from defecating on greenery, furniture, curtains, and cottage walls.
7.8. Pets must be fed exclusively from special pet dishes (not included in the cottage’s amenities). It is prohibited to feed pets from Sunday Village dishes intended for human use.
7.9. It is prohibited to leave pets unattended by their owners.
7.10. It is prohibited to bathe pets in the shower stalls or to use towels, sheets, or other bedding from the cottage for them.
7.11. The Administration reserves the right to terminate the agreement with a User staying in a cottage with a pet in the event of a violation of the terms of the Public Offer or these Rules, as well as in the event of aggressive, inappropriate, or noisy behavior by the pet.
7.12. In the event of damage to or soiling of the cottage or Sunday Village property by a pet, the User agrees to repair the damage or reimburse Sunday Village for the cost of repair/cleaning in accordance with Sunday Village’s rates.
8. Actions to take when an air raid alarm is sound
8.1. When an air raid alarm is sounded, all Users and guests are required to proceed immediately to the nearest shelter—the civil defense facility located on the ground floor of the Sunday Apart Hotel building.
8.2. A map showing the location of shelters is posted on information boards throughout the Sunday Village grounds.
8.3. It is STRICTLY PROHIBITED to remain in the pools, river, on the beach, or in open areas during an air raid alert.
8.4. The administration reserves the right to suspend the provision of any services for the entire duration of the alert and for 30 minutes after the all-clear is announced.
9. Liability and dispute resolution
9.1. In the event of any complaints regarding the quality of the services provided, the User has the right to contact the Sunday Village Administration verbally or in writing on the day the issue is identified.
9.2. Sunday Village will review a written complaint within 20 (twenty) calendar days from the date of receipt.
9.3. Sunday Village is not liable for valuables, cash, documents, or any other material possessions of the User and their guests that were left on the premises of Sunday Village or were lost or disappeared for any reason.
9.4. In the event that an agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved in court in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine. The consumer has the right to file a complaint with the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection (Derzhprodspozhyvsluzhba).
9.5. This list of the parties’ rights and obligations and the terms of accommodation is not exhaustive—the complete list is contained in the Temporary Accommodation Services Agreement, the terms and conditions on the Sunday Village website, and the information boards, signs, and notices posted on the Sunday Village premises.
